Krugerpark is one of the largest game reserves in Africa. It spans across almost 20,000 square kilometers, which is almost as large as Belgium. It's home to all iconic African animal species including the Big 5. Because of the high density of animals, you will experience wonderful views from your own car.

Jessica Hippo; ever kissed a hippo?
* it's about a 45 minute drive from the lodge
Jessica is a very special Hippo, she was raised by humans and therefore she's extremely spoiled.
She loves sweet potato and drinks warm Rooibos tea. Jessica is not being held in captivity, she is free to wonder around and after her potatoes and tea session she often leaves.

Moholoholo Wildlife rehabilitation Centre

Moholoholo is a home for the rehabilitation of abandoned, ​injured or poisoned wildlife including rhino, wild dog, cheetah, lion, vultures en many more. ​
A must-go not only to see the animals up close and personal, but also to get informed about conservation in South Africa. ​​​​​​​​
